Problem areas / controversies

([investor.nexteraenergy.com](https://www.investor.nexteraenergy.com/fixed-income-investors/financial-strength?utm_source=openai))
  • XPLR Infrastructure, where Dunne serves as a director, has faced capital and distribution pressures, including debt maturities and a suspension of common-unit distributions announced in 2025. • Dunne signed NextEra’s 2025 annual-report certifications while the company was dealing with litigation and settlement discussions related to alleged political disclosures involving FPL; the public allegations do not identify him as personally responsible for the alleged conduct.
