Earnings covers the S&P 500 and Nasdaq-100, plus any Picksmith published picks and other large names on the Nasdaq earnings calendar (about $10B market cap and up). Beat / Miss / In line is reported EPS vs the analyst estimate (the Street number, often adjusted / non-GAAP). That is different from EPS growth on Find Stocks, which is GAAP diluted EPS vs the same quarter a year earlier. A company can beat the estimate and still show negative year-over-year GAAP EPS growth. Figures can revise; always check primary sources before acting.
