Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains billing, cancellation, and refunds for paid Picksmith subscriptions purchased at picksmith.co. Picksmith sells access to digital editorial research content only. Please also read our Terms of Service.

1. What you are purchasing

A subscription provides online access to Picksmith's research publications and archive for the period paid. It does not include trade execution, portfolio management, or personalised financial advice.

2. Free trial

New accounts may access a limited number of Sunday research editions at no charge before subscribing. No payment is taken during the free trial unless you choose to subscribe. If you do not subscribe, you will not be charged.

3. Paid subscription and pricing

After the trial, continued access is $14.99 USD per month, billed in advance on a recurring basis until you cancel. You may subscribe from your Account page or the paywall after logging in.

4. PayPal billing

All paid subscriptions are processed by PayPal. Picksmith sells the subscription; PayPal collects payment on our behalf. Your PayPal receipt or account statement shows the charge. Your payment is also subject to PayPal's applicable user agreements and policies.

For billing or receipt questions, email support@picksmith.co with your PayPal transaction reference and we will assist.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time from your Account page. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access until that date. We do not normally provide prorated credits for unused days in a billing period after cancellation.

6. Refunds

Picksmith delivers digital content on an ongoing basis. Because access begins immediately when a billing period starts, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once charged, except where required by applicable consumer law or as stated below.

We may, at our discretion, grant a refund if:

• You were charged in error or duplicated;
• You subscribed by mistake and contact us within 14 days of the first paid charge and have not materially used paid archive access beyond the free trial; or
• Applicable law requires a refund for digital content in your jurisdiction.

To request a refund, email support@picksmith.co with your account email and PayPal transaction details.

7. Statutory rights (EEA/UK and other regions)

If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or another region with mandatory cooling-off or withdrawal rights, you may have additional rights under local law. Digital content delivered immediately may affect withdrawal rights where you expressly consent to immediate supply and acknowledge loss of the withdrawal period, as presented at checkout by PayPal where applicable. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived by contract.

8. Chargebacks and disputes

Please contact us before opening a payment dispute or chargeback so we can resolve the issue quickly. Unresolved chargebacks may result in suspension of account access pending outcome.
