Biography

Hill spent more than 32 years at Nike in leadership positions across Europe and North America. Before retiring in 2020, he was President of Consumer and Marketplace, overseeing commercial and marketing operations for Nike and Jordan Brand and the profit-and-loss responsibilities for Nike's four geographic businesses. Nike says he helped grow the business to more than $39 billion during his career.
