Biography
Lawton is a retail executive with experience in merchandising, e-commerce, operations, marketing and consumer analytics. Before joining Tractor Supply, he was President of Macy’s from September 2017 to December 2019 and Senior Vice President of North America at eBay from 2015 to 2017. Earlier, he spent about 10 years at Home Depot, where he held several leadership roles, including Senior Vice President of Merchandising and responsibility for the company’s online business.
